  • How do I place an order?
    You can shop 24 hours a day on our online system! All domestic orders within the United States typically take 4-7 business days to arrive to you after your order is placed at Lotus Apothecary. Our customer service representatives are available to assist you at 1.509.331.7563 from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm PST, Monday through Friday. Leave a message before 2:00 pm PST and we will be sure to get back to you by the next business day.
  • How long does it take to ship my order?
    Payment of order must be approved before products will be shipped. ​ We anticipate your order will be processed and shipped from our facility within a couple of business days. Major holidays may delay us a little. Our preferred carrier is USPS First-Class Mail. You may select which shipping option and method you prefer upon checkout. If you wish to have an order shipped to a PO box, you must select USPS Priority Mail. All orders we charge actual shipping based on USPS rates which are displayed in your cart and during checkout. These charges are calculated and automated within our shopping cart system and all charges are clearly visible during the checkout process.
  • Does Lotus Apothecary have secure ordering & payment options?
    We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express cards registered within the U.S. All promotional offers will be calculated at checkout after promo code is entered. ​ We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. ​ While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
  • What is Lotus Apothcary's return and refund policy?
    We want to do everything possible to make your return process smooth and easy. Our guarantee to you is that if you wish to return products for any reason you may send them back to us postmarked within 30 days from the invoice date. ​ Please include a copy of your invoice in the return package, or a note with your name, address, and telephone number. We would appreciate a short explanation (although not necessary) as to the reason for your return. Your feedback helps us to understand the needs and concerns of our valued customers and assists us in developing better products. ​ Qualifying returns are eligible for a refund to your credit card. Please let us know the last four digits and expiration date of the original credit card used for the purchase. ​ If your order is received with any notable shortcomings, please contact customer service immediately. All discrepancies, shortages, broken merchandise and any requests for returns must be made within 30 days of the issued invoice date. Any requests for compensation or remediation will not be accepted after 30 days of the invoice date. ​ All shipping charges become the sole responsibility of the customer, unless it is the error of Lotus Apothecary. Any refused or non-deliverable packages will be canceled upon receipt and will be subject to a return-shipping fee by the carrier and this fee will be deducted from the refund amount for the products. Original shipping is non-refundable. We are not able to honor requests for product exchanges and store credits. Returned items must be in their original, undamaged packaging, and refunds will be issued only for the unused portion of the product returned. We do not accept returns on products that have been mixed or blended together with other ingredients. This contaminates the raw product(s) leaving us unable to assess them in the original condition in which they were received. Please do not return products that do not meet the return criteria listed above, as we will not be able to issue refunds for non-qualifying items and cannot return the items to you.
